Fair Use Policy

Introduction

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of Net 15's Software as a Service ("SaaS") by its customers and users ("Users"). The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the use of the service is compliant with laws, regulations, and the terms of service, and that it does not infringe upon the rights of others or the operation of our services.

Acceptable Use

• Comply with all applicable laws, including copyright, data protection, and privacy laws.
• Use the SaaS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of service.

Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• Engage in activities that are harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or threatening to any person, group, or entity.
• Compromise the security or integrity of the SaaS, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.
• Use the SaaS in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Net 15 reserves the right to:

• Monitor use of the SaaS to ensure compliance with this Policy.
• Take appropriate action in case of any violation, including suspension or termination of service.
• Update this Policy at any time, with notice to Users as required by law or the terms of service.

Reporting Abuse

If Users become aware of any violation of this Policy, they should report it immediately to contact@net15.com.

Limitation of Liability

Net 15 is not responsible for the actions of Users who violate this Policy, and such Users may be held liable for any damages to Net 15 or third parties resulting from their actions.
